Mexico

Hi Everyone,

We're back from our vacation to Puerto Penasco. We had a wonderful time! My girls had so much fun snorkeling, playing in the sand and swimming. It was a great time for my husband and myself also. It was nice to relax, go shopping, sit at the beach and watch my girls have fun! We love to visit Mexico. Stay at a beach house and enjoy some family time. My husband went snorkeling with Alivia. They saw some puffer fish, sting rays, crabs and much more. I'm glad to be home. It's nice to get away but still great to come home (except catching up on laundry) lol.

Madison, Alivia, McKenzie

I know I had some questions on cards. I'm going to answer them shortly.

Remember our Summer Giveaway ends tomorrow!! I will announce the winner on Thursday.

We are also getting closer to our 200 Follower Giveaway.

Tommorow is 5 Months Until Christmas Blog Hop. I am joining in on the blog hop. Please stop back.

Thanks so much!!

Aloha

I made this card for Scrappy Moms Stamp "Beach" Challenge. It was one of those days when you feel like crafting but nothing goes right. I made the girl from Paper Dolls Dress Up. The palm tree is from Life is a Beach. After I put it all together it was still missing something, so I decided to punch out some flowers and make a border out of them. I thought it gave it more of a tropical look.

Joann's Clearance Craft Haul #2 Saved $110.69

I went to another Joann's later after making my first craft haul. This is the store I usually go to. It's a smaller store and didn't have a variety as much as the first store I went to. The clearance items are also located in the aisle, not just the clearance section. Look for the red clearance stickers and its another 50% off the lowest marked price!! Hope you find lots of goodies like I did.  I think my favorite items are the Cuttlebug and Spellbinders Nestabilites. I looked online and the 4 pack of Spellbinders are about $60. I paid $19.98 that's a great deal to me.  I'm making another trip today. I'll post my finds later.
Thanks for taking a peek.
