Celebrate Freedom - Explosions of Fun

Happy Saturday, everyone!!! May your weekend be blessed. There is so much to celebrate this time of year as another school year comes to a close. And soon it will be time to begin plans for our 4th of July Holiday.

Are you planning a special get together with friends? Or will you be sending cards to our troops? Well then, how about a bit more inspiration from

Celebrate Freedom!

I used the Explosions of Fun sentiment!

Nothing like a good fireworks show as our flag stands tall in the wind.

The card is a standard A2 size and would make a great invitation to a backyard cookout on the 4th. Change the sentiment to Home of the Brave or Celebrate Freedom and it would be a perfect card to send to a soldier. And of course there are many more possibilities! The cut files for the flag and fireworks come from Miss Kate Cuttables.

Picture That - Arrow

Happy Friday everyone! It's Michelle from Purple Monkey Moments. I have a super cute card to share with you today. I used two of Tara's amazing stamp sets to create this card, and you can buy your own HERE.

Below are pictures of the stamp sets I used. The arrow is from Picture That and the sentiment is from Destination Fun. They are both great sets, and I needed to add them to my growing collection of Crafting Desert Diva stamps!

Happy Celebrations - Father's Day

Hello everyone, this is Sukie and I have a Father's Day card to share today. I always find masculine projects to be a bit of a challenge. It seems to take me forever to pick out the right colors and papers to even begin my project so I went with a simple theme.

I used the Mustaches and Glasses digital cartridge to cut out the mustaches and aligned them along the right side of my card. A sentiment from the new Craftin Desert Diva's Happy Celebrations stamp set was added to a hand cut flag. A small bow in Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine was the finishing touch.

And now for my project....

I saw this project on pinterest and thought it would go great with my new Destination Fun stamp set. It was pretty simple to make. I just used my swiss dot folder in the Cuttlebug to get the graham cracker texture. You will want to use the backside of the paper so it looks correct and then I scored it. The cute smore came from the TCBJ pattern Camping out. To finish the card I added a PKS face and some Trendy Twine.

I made this tag using the same TCBJ Camping out pattern as above. The Adventure Time sentiment is from the new CDD Destination Fun stamp set. My papers are from Echo Park Happy Camper. I did some stitching around the edge and a little inking and it was done.
