November Stamp Release Blog Hop Day 2


Welcome back to day 2 of the November Stamp release hop. We have some more amazing projects to share with you today and a couple of new SVG freebies for you.

And now on to my creations....



My first project is using the new Tag It & November Freebie stamps. Lisa who is a CDD DT member designed this treat holder by using the SVG that comes with the Tag It stamp set. Lisa added a small section and some perforated lines in her SSDE software to create this holder. I think its perfect for small chocolate treats or lollipops. I will be using this alot when I make treats holders.  I then put the SVG cut out in patterned paper on top, then stamped the tag stamp on it. To finish it I then colored the penguin with my Spectrum Noir markers added a sentiment and it was done. So simple and cute!

My second project is a card using a sentiment from the new Snowman Kisses stamps. I did heat emboss the sentiment  to give it more of a sparkle, even though you can't see it that good in this picture.  I've also used the TCBJ Wonderful Winter Girls pattern. Love these files and Jessica is having a awesome sale in her shop be sure to check it out.

Welcome to our ninth Craftin Desert Diva's stamp release blog hop!! We're super excited to share with you in full the CDD November release stamps. I've changed the SVG look. Instead of having each individual piece size, I'm showing you the size to open them at, then you can separate them. I find it much easy when transferring them to the Silhouette Studio if you move them as a group instead of individually.

And now on to my creation....



For today's hop I've created this mixer shaped card. I got the shape from the Silhouette Store. I just love this free pattern it's great for the holidays and the new Baked With Love Stamps.

 I thought she was perfect to put on the card holding a cookie that is from the Baked With Love stamps. I've used a PKS face on her. I've also used the Tag It stamps to make my tag and the sentiment is from the Baked With Love stamps.

 I think this is a cute card to go with any treat you make for someone.

November Stamp Release Sneak Peek Day 5

I decided to make a 3D hot cocoa mug. I bought the mug shape in the Silhouette Store. My snowman, sentiment and the small snowman image is all from the Snowman Kisses stamps. Isn't he so cute?? He was super simple to put together. I first cut out the SVG outline that's available to you for free with your stamp purchase, then I stamped his image on it. I did paper piece his buttons, scarf, gloves and hat. I then used some Snow-tex to add dimension to his hat and he was done. My tag is from yesterdays release Tag It stamps. I did an offset, so I could have a bottom later under the SVG outline. I then stamped the tag outline in blue. To finish it up I added the sentiment and the cute little snowman kiss to the bottom of the tag.


My second project I made is a candle. The reindeer and sentiment are from the November Freebie stamp and the snowflakes are from Get Your Jingle On stamps. 

 This is super simple to do! You stamp your image on some tissue paper, I stamped them in Memento black ink. Then I colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers. You then cut out the images, the edges do not need to be perfect as you will not see them. You then place your image or sentiment where you want it on your candle. Then cover it with wax paper. You heat this up with a heat gun until you see your image starting to look glossy. Then you carefully pull up the wax paper and you're done!! It was that simple and I think this would make an adorable gift for the holidays.
