Fall Planner Pages

Hi there crafty divas! DT member Stephanie here also known as on Instagram. I am so excited as this is my first time to be featured here in CDD’s blog. Today I am about to share to you how I decorated my planner spread with Craftin Desert Divas digital stamps!

For this week, I used a lot of digistamps under Fall category and had them colored digitally using Paint. After resizing them, I printed them out on a Matte sticker paper and carefully cut and peeled each character. For the final touch, I used a couple of washi tapes and sticky notes just to fill some of the empty spaces.

Tags and Invitations

Hi everyone, this is DT Member . Today I have several projects for you that I created with some of the new products from the September release!

For the first project I created these simple tags using the new 2x3 Barn Yard and Frosty Friends stamps. To create the tag itself I used the rectangle die from the Plan It die set and the little circle die from the Shaker Tag Die set. But before I did all the die cutting, I used different kinds of Distress Inks and applied them to mix media card stock, trying to blend them together as well as possible.

Since the images are quite small and I wanted to color them with watercolor markers, I stamped them with black pigment ink and embossed them with clear embossing powder. This way it was a little bit easier to color since the raised and embossed lines held the ink in better.

To finish the tag, I used the "Just for you" sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set and stamped it with black ink on the bottom of the tag. To adhere the little animals I simply used 3D foam squares. All I needed to do know was to find some twine and a suitable gift :)

For the second project I used the new Weekends 2x6 stamp set. I, again, stamped the images with black pigment ink and embossed them with clear embossing powder so the coloring with watercolor markers would be easier.

I used red card stock to create card bases in the appropriate size and stamped the sentiment "You're invited" from the Simply Said set with white pigment ink. Then, I adhered the images with 3D foam squares. To embellish the little cards, I used light and bright yellow card stock and die cut little stars. The star die cut is included in the Mini Shaker Clip die set and I think they are just perfect on these small invitations.
