Thanks For Being So Mice

Hi and welcome, everyone! Lisa from The Relativity of Paper bringing you today's CDD Daily Post.
This card has minimum stamping and coloring which is great when you are in a hurry. And who isn't part of the rat race these days? (sorry I couldn't resist)

So to create this card you will need a circle die-cut from the and two pieces of white cardstock die-cut with the . Stamp mouse on one Fancy Frame die-cut panel and color. Just randomly die-cut full and partial circles out of the other Fancy Frame die-cut panel, ink the edges with yellow ink and stamp sentiment. Layer the panels together using mounting tape. What happens after that is completely up to you. I layered white, black, and yellow cardstock to create my card base. Finishing touches are yellow sprinkles.

I used the new and cut my pieces with various patterned paper and inked around all the edges with some Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

For my little girl card I added a flower to the onsie from the and a few little buttons on the shoes for some detail.

For my boy version I added a star from the and a bit of Baker's Twine to the shoes.

To finish the cards off I used the adorable sentiment from .

You Are Awesome Sauce

Hello Crafty Friends!

I am over on the Craftin Desert Diva's blog today sharing with you a slider card I made using the , ,  and .

I got my inspiration from Jennifer McGuire's she made this past week.  This scene came to me as I was thinking of what would make a good slider card.

I stamped the alien in the space ship with Memento black ink, colored with Copic markers and added glossy accents over the lights and window.  I hand cut the 'light' coming from the ship and used distress ink to color it yellow.  I embossed the sentiment in black embossing powder.  I used watercolor paper to make the galaxy and planet using distress inks, white paint and Perfect Pearls for the splatters.  I used the a banner from the Flag Banner Dies to make my flag.  The sentiment on the flag is stamped in blue metallic ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The arrow on the pull tab is from the Mix It Up Dies.

Thanks for stoppin' by!
