DT Michelle on the CDD Blog today showing you another version of masking!
I thought I could share an easier version of masking...using the negative of a die cut image!!!
Here are the supplies needed...you can find their links below
First, die cut the tree and 'gently' adhere to cardstock masking the area you do not want to ink up.
Using a sponge dabber, ink the area the die cut mask is covering.
When satisfied with the ink coverage, remove the mask and die cut the panel with a Fancy Frame Die.
If some of the edges re fuzzy or not well defined you can use an eraser to remove some ink. Just don't rub too hard...you may smudge the edges.
Stamp your sentiment.
Now stamp and color your image...
Finish your card by adhering the inked panel to the base.
Add your adorable polar cutie and some sequins!!!!!
