Hello, Divas! Toni with you today. We're on Day 3 of the and loving every minute of it--hope you are too!
Today I'm showcasing the upcoming . Too cute, right? I'm pairing them with , , and .
I started by blending a card base using Salty Ocean at the top, Cracked Pistachio in the middle and Evergreen Bough at the very bottom.
Next I die cut the from sponged cardstock layering the negative to create a hill/pocket. Notice how the critters tuck right in there? Imagine using this for gift cards!!! Also notice how I used Distress Oxide Twisted Citron to pop the grass out visually with that touch of yellow-green.
The have all sorts of balloon die shapes; I'm using the critter and heart shape here. I sponged Black Soot using the to mimic the spots on a panda. Note to self: spot up the cardstock then die cut the balloons for less inky fingers! I colored the heart using Copics. was perfect for gluing the twine to the balloons.
To finish the card I used and a bit of foam adhesive to adhere the critters and balloons to the card base. I love that little photobombing panda--so cute! The sentiment was stamped in , my absolute favorite ink for sentiments. Voila!
